CONFERENCE TECHNICAL PROGRAM 

The program committee has selected 27 high quality papers out of 178
submissions (15.16%). The final program will be announced on February 14 after
the end of the shepherding phase.

We are glad to announce that Steve Furber (University of Manchester) will give
the keynote at EuroSys 2012 on Biologically-Inspired Massively-Parallel
Computing.

EuroSys 2012 will also host a poster and demo sessions.

CONFERENCE LOCATION

EuroSys 2012 will take place in the charming capital of Switzerland, Bern. The
historic old town, with its preserved medieval street plan, arcades, fountains
and towers, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Swiss capital has
an outstandingly broad range of cultural activities, amongst  which a large
body of excellent museums, including the renowned Zentrum Paul Klee, the
Albert Einstein exhibitions, and the Museum of Communication. The Bernese
Alps, with their world-famous summits Eiger, Monch, Jungfrau, are easily
reachable from the city by train. They host the highest railway station in
Europe (3,454 meters).
