and Software(NCSS)

NCSS workshop accepts last-minute submission of papers to be presented
at ICNC11 conference site. This workshop is non-refereed, so all
submitted paper will be accepted for publication and presentation as
long as they are well-formatted technical papers. The abstract must be
written in English, but the body of the paper can be written in any
language. Prospective authors should submit their paper though
Easychair by OCTOBER 15. All papers will be published in the Bulletin
of Networking, Computing, Systems, and Software (ISSN 2186-5140)
